 Another day is upon us, we greet it with a smile as shining as the sun and with optimism that reaches the sky and we venture head first into a new challenge.

After we finished our morning routine and ate our breakfast we went off for the first training course of the day. We learned the 5 group evolution stages and formed teams to do a research, a presentation and an act to demonstrate each and every one of the 5 stages. The said exercise wasn’t only really fun and relaxing but it was also a teamwork skill enhancer. After the group project was finished, every member of the activity had to take a test to see what role suits them best in a team, this exercise revealed a lot about our personality and explained how it fits in a team.

During the afternoon session we took in our hands a project that we will work on in the next few days. We formed teams and designed a business plan, we had the opportunity to see for ourselves  how our personalities fit a team revealing the accuracy of the previous exercise .Everybody picked a subject that interested them and this gave us a huge boost in morale, dedication, enthusiasm, and commitment.

After all today’s work, we gathered in the dining room and witnessed the Italian cuisine in all it’s splendor. The Italian team put up a great performance, showing off their skills in cooking, arranging the dinner tables in an elegant yet minimalistic way, and ended the night with a stunning performance. They sang their favorite song, filling everybody’s heart just after they have filled our stomachs with their delicious food.        

All things taken in consideration, the day was extremely important because we settled the foundation of a great project, a foundation on which we will build on during the next few days.

Today was really good team working day. From the morning we make a conversations when we playing onion game. It makes to think more about other people and they life. Moreover that day i felt really comfortable team member. I loved to be in a team with diferent people.

Saturday & Sunday, 18 - 19.07.2015

The first days were great! We’ve met each other and bonded and we already feel like friends. We hope that this connection will be flourishing and at the end will feel like a family. We appreciate the opportunity that is given to us to learn about other cultures and to share a little about ours. 

The activities today were great, we had fun and we discovered a little bit about each other. We loved the exercise in which we talk with someone from another country honestly. We didn’t know that we could talk with someone we have never met before that way. The games were very constructive and we enjoyed having them. We feel a little tired but it was worth it. 

The organizers are very well prepared and we appreciate their involvement and dedication. They succeeded in in taking us out of our comfort zone in order for us to bond better. They were patient with us and took us easily at first. They were always asking us if we feel good and made sure that we did. And we are!

The house is great, we are happy that the organizers chose this place. The conditions are very pleasant, our bedrooms are confortable and we are happy that we have table tennis and pool. We are enjoying the food and we are looking forward to finding more about the local cuisine. 

Bottom line is that we feel great here and we are happy that we have chosen to take part in this program. 

Yesterday was our first day of program, a day in which we started to Know each other through some interesting game.

Considering it is our first Erasmus programme, we were very curious about How is going to be the session, the atmosfere and other partecipanti.

After all, we are happy That everything was interactive, smart, and in addition we had some fun.

In conclusion, it was better Than our expectation.

ABOUT THE PROJECT

What is our blog about ? It is about youth energy involved in entrepreneurship, that will happen during youth exchange under the title "START - UP"

So the „START-UP” is an youth exchange under the KA1 from the Erasmus+ Programme. Project is addressed to youth in aged 18-25, which are searching for job or would like to precise their future plans. In project will participate 33 young people from 4 different UE countries (Italy, Lithuania, Poland and Romania). 

Main topic of the exchange is exploration of new forms of employment, especially these that used new technology. Main project’s idea is to show that sometimes is not necessary to leave home and work in defined working hours, because there is plenty of other possibilities to be financial independent. 

By participating in the project young people will have a chance to improve their creativity and be more innovative. They will know how to start, fundraise, promote and manage their business. 

All activities will be done by using non formal education methods. In the end they will create fine network for future support and experience exchange.
